Resource Specialist

The Resource Specialist is responsible for overseeing the allocation and optimization of personnel within their designated department(s) across multiple projects to ensure efficient resource utilization. This role works closely with the Manager, Resource Management, department leaders, line managers, and Business Development to align resource planning with current and forecasted project demands, business objectives, and Resource Management processes.
