Process Improver - Hot End

The Hot End Process Improver is responsible for supporting and enhancing furnace and hot end operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality glass production. This role focuses on optimizing performance of critical systems, improving processes, and reducing waste through data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
