Training Assistant

POSITION PURPOSE : The Training Assistant is responsible for ensuring all associates are trained in all aspects of their individual position. Complete and accurate documentation of training performed is a vital, essential part of the Training Assistant’s position. Training Assistant may spend up to 60% of their time working with associates on the floor.
