IntroductionWe are looking for a proactive and driven Production Engineer to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within our Power Electronics business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Engineering teams, you will play a key role in optimising manufacturing performance, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), driving Lean initiatives and implementing new technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost.
