Data & Compliance Analyst

The Data & Compliance Analyst is responsible for transforming operational and financial data into actionable business insights while supporting manufacturer contract compliance, member retention, and revenue optimization across AHP's vaccine purchasing programs. This position combines business intelligence, data analytics, compliance monitoring, operational reporting, and process improvement to help ensure members are enrolled in the appropriate manufacturer programs, contractual requirements are met, and leadership has the information needed to make informed business decisions. Working collaboratively with the business, this role develops reporting, identifies trends and risks, improves data quality, and recommends opportunities to strengthen operational performance and member value.
