Culinary Apprenticeship

The Culinary Apprentice position provides hands-on learning and professional development for individuals pursuing a career in the culinary arts. With demonstrated interest and commitment, apprentices will train as part of a production kitchen through a combination of on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Rotations across departments are based on individual ability and desire to excel. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, including evenings and weekends. The apprenticeship timeline is flexible to accommodate specific program needs.
