Max Burger, Avon, CT, located just over the West Hartford line is seeking a Busser with open availability to join our opening team. This is our newest location, opening in September seeking to hire the best in hospitality. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a Busser or in a support role in a restaurant setting is preferred Familiarity with high-volume, casual dining environments Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting Skills and Qualities: Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset High attention to cleanliness and detail Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
