Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive manufacturing environment. This role promotes a strong safety culture through training, auditing, communication, and regulatory compliance while managing OSHA and environmental programs, monitoring workplace safety performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position partners with leadership and employees to reduce workplace injuries, maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and ensure employee safety remains a top organizational priority.
