Your Impact

This role sits at the intersection of engineering and supply chain, owning component strategy from design through full product lifecycle. You will directly influence product cost, supply resilience, and scalability by driving component selection, supplier strategy, and lifecycle risk management across Axon’s product portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (HQ) Reports to: D irector of Category Management Direct Reports: none

• Partner with design engineering teams early in the NPI development process to influence component selection by leveraging your industry experience.

• Establish strong relationships with manufacturers and their associated representatives in the electronics industry to understand product roadmaps and availability to support current and future product development.

• Work with the sourcing team to develop and ramp component sources for new products and support the NPI team’s efforts to ensure components are purchased in a timely manner for engineering development builds.
