Job Summary This is a unique opportunity to join a new product line group that compression molds, sews and assembles sports gear. T he Sports Safety Gear Machine Operator & Assembly 3 [I] entry level roles is responsible for learning how to safety operate and use various machinery and also assemble sports safety products. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality safety equipment that meets industry standards and customer expectations. What Success Looks Like - Operate machinery used in the production and assembly of sports safety gear. - Assemble components accurately and efficiently to produce finished products. - Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. - Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to machinery operation and product assembly.
