Senior Sales Specialist Your Role You take ownership of the sales journey - from identifying promising opportunities and winning new business to growing long-term relationships with existing clients and partners. You combine strong commercial instincts with operational discipline, keeping every deal, order, document, and follow-up moving smoothly while helping the wider sales team work smarter. Requirements • You have 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, sales operations, or a similar role • You have experience winning new clients, growing existing accounts, and meeting sales targets • You understand the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account development • You are confident in client meetings, preparing offers, negotiating terms, and closing deals • You understand both the commercial and administrative sides of sales • You are comfortable working with orders, invoices, client records, pricing, and sales documents • You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients • You are comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, and market research • You can analyze sales results, pipelines, forecasts, and market data • You work independently, manage priorities, and keep several opportunities moving at the same time • You use Excel, CRM systems, and other sales tools confidently • You identify process improvements and support less experienced colleagues when needed • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken • Experience in consumer electronics, IoT, smart home technology, distribution, retail, or international B2B sales is an advantage Responsibilities • You manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, distributors, and business partners • You build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each client’s business, priorities, and growth potential • You identify new potential clients, sales channels, partnerships, and market opportunities for Shelly • You conduct market research and evaluate companies, contacts, and commercial opportunities before approaching them • You lead prospecting activities through cold calls, outreach messages, referrals, networking, and structured follow-ups • You manage the full sales cycle, from first contact and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closing, order coordination, and account follow-up • You prepare commercial offers, presentations, pricing proposals, and sales documentation tailored to each opportunity • You negotiate commercial terms and close deals while protecting both client relationships and Shelly’s business interests • You coordinate customer orders, invoices, product availability, delivery information, and related documentation • You keep client records, sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and internal systems accurate and up to date • You monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and take action when results fall behind expectations • You prepare sales reports, forecasts, and commercial insights that support planning and decision-making • You collaborate closely with logistics, finance, marketing, product, customer support, and other internal teams to resolve client requests quickly • You collect market and customer feedback and share useful insights about demand, competition, pricing, and product opportunities • You support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge, practical advice, and effective sales approaches • You identify ways to improve sales processes, reporting, account management, and internal coordination Benefits Work: • A welcoming, collaborative team • Meaningful products and services that people actually use and love. • Learning opportunities to sharpen your skills • Competitive salary + Performance bonuses • Modern office in a great location • Fun team buildings and company events Lifestyle: • 26 days of paid annual leave • Flexible working hours • Additional health insurance • Free access to all Shelly devices (yes, you can smarten up your whole home!) • Multisport Card • Fully sponsored yearly public transport card Ready to join the Shelly Revolution?
