About THG Ingenuity

THG Ingenuity is a fully integrated digital commerce ecosystem, designed to power brands without limits. Our global end-to-end tech platform is comprised of three products: THG Commerce, THG Studios, THG Fulfilment.

Each represents a single, unified solution, overcoming challenges and taking brands direct-to-consumer. Our client portfolio includes globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.

About the Role:

The Ecommerce Manager is a core part of the Ingenuity client services team, with end-to-end responsibility for ecommerce strategy and performance across a client account. This is a high-ownership role that bridges trading and marketing - using data and insight to drive growth across the full customer journey, from acquisition through to retention.

You’ll manage budgets, drive the digital strategy and delivery, own the trading calendar, coordinate channel activity, and act as the key day-to-day contact for your client. You’ll be supported by channel specialists across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates, and more - and you’ll be the glue that keeps strategy aligned across all of them.

Key Responsibilities:

Trading & Site Performance

  • Own site performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, COS, bounce rate, and new vs. returning traffic - using GA4 and THG’s proprietary reporting platform to surface insights and drive decisions.
  • Build and manage the trading calendar, including promotional plans, key events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to competitor pricing, product, and promotional activity to ensure clients remain competitive.
  • Identify and execute site optimisation opportunities across product pages, landing pages, category navigation, and UX.
  • Ensure the site is always up to date with correct offers, banners, new product listings, and promotional content.

Marketing & Channel Management

  • Act as the central point of contact across all marketing channels - SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates, and Influencers - briefing channel teams and ensuring overarching strategy alignment.
  • Set and manage channel budgets, continuously optimising and reallocating spend based on live performance data.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to brief and deliver assets for launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
  • Leverage CRM and email platforms (e.g. THG Personify or 3 rd party equivalent) to support customer lifecycle and retention activity.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while identifying opportunities to improve CLV and reduce churn.
