Director of Product, G&C

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product, G&C based in the United States. As Director of Product, you will lead product strategy for a critical Governance & Compliance portfolio serving both growing and large enterprise customers. You will own the roadmap across trust, audit, and segmentation, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, scalability, and innovation. The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on ownership of key company-wide initiatives. You will lead, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers while strengthening product practices and execution. A major focus will be evolving the product toward an AI-first future, including agentic workflows and ecosystem integrations. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market leaders in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with direct influence on enterprise adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and the future direction of the product organization.
