Patient Authorization and Referral Representative

Under the general direction of the Supervisor or Manager, the Authorizations Representative - caregivers' primary duties revolve around authorizations, but may also perform a variety of tasks related to patient scheduling, pre-registration, and authorization/verification of benefits in a fast paced, ever changing environment. The Authorization Representative cultivates working relationships between Therapists, Practitioners, and Patients.
