APPLICATION ENGINEER -EXECUTIVE

The Field Technical Supervisor/ Engineer is responsible for executing and overseeing site-level activities, including material sampling, technical training, complaint resolution, and supervision of application processes. This role ensures compliance with product specifications, promotes best practices, and serves as a key liaison between clients, applicators, and internal technical teams. Requirements 1. Site Sampling & Technical Validation • Conduct material and substrate sampling as per project specifications and QA protocols. • Document site conditions, application readiness, and deviations with photographic and written reports. • Coordinate with lab teams for sample analysis and result interpretation. 2. Onsite Training & Skill Development • Deliver hands-on training sessions to applicators and site teams on product usage, safety, and installation techniques. • Customize training content for multilingual and culturally diverse teams. • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 3. Complaint Handling & Resolution • Investigate product- or application-related complaints through site visits and stakeholder interviews. • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain detailed complaint logs and ensure timely closure with client satisfaction. 4. Field Supervision & Compliance Monitoring • Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. • Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material logistics to maintain workflow continuity. • Escalate non-compliance or critical issues to senior technical or operations teams.
