Officer - Air Import

Manage import shipment documentation and liaise with customers, customs and stakeholders for timely clearance and delivery to ensure smooth operations Provide solutions to customer inquiries and handle general inquiries from internal parties and overseas offices in a professional manner Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for the receipt, storage and delivery of import cargo Follow up cargo status and arrange pick-up and delivery with customers. Ensure efficiency and quality in the air freight process and prepare related reports. Work with subcontractors and ensure efficient daily operations of the air freight import division. Perform ad-hoc duties as required
