About the role
BFS: You will be working as a salesperson for the financial/banking and securities industry! This account sales position will involve deep involvement with major financial institutions, enhancing the resolution of their business challenges, designing optimal solutions, and leading transformations through to the implementation phase, acting as a "client advisor." With no product restrictions or limitations, you can maximize your creative and problem-solving abilities. [Position Summary] This account sales position will focus on top-tier Japanese financial institutions, working closely with clients on their business challenges and DX themes over the long term, leading the entire process from account strategy planning to proposals and delivery support. This position is unique in that it goes beyond simple sales. Rather, you will serve as the client's "IT and business transformation partner," engaging management and multiple departments to create value continuously. This is an environment where you can engage in deep account management, which requires customer-driven problem-solving and the ability to implement large-scale transformation, rather than simply selling products. [Value Proposition] 1. Deep account management directly under the management agenda Continually accompany the DX strategy of a leading financial company Interact with management, IT, and business departments to provide cross-sectional support across multiple themes The continuity of transformation and "resolving essential issues" are visible only in a single account 2. High degree of freedom without product constraints × broad range of proposals Rather than a role selling fixed products, you have the discretion to design "essential issues → themes to be solved → optimal solutions." You can freely combine TCS's global capabilities (cloud, apps, data, BPO, consulting) to propose solutions Few constraints = the excitement of creating value from scratch 3. Involvement in the "execution" of large-scale transformations (execution is a strength) While the Big 4 focus on "conceptualization" and "proposal," TCS's strengths are in "execution and delivery," allowing you to commit to the end. 4. Gain dynamic experience, including promoting programs with hundreds to thousands of people and involving multiple departments Become a "core member" during the growth phase of the Japanese organization. With the Japanese market rapidly expanding, you have ample discretion. Decision-making is fast, making it easy to propose new initiatives. There is ample room for career growth, including future team leadership and business expansion. 5. Although it is a foreign-owned company, there are many Japanese leaders, providing a sense of cultural comfort. A culture of collaboration and professionalism that overturns the typical preconceptions of "Indian companies." With a strong track record of successful Japanese management, you can refer to clear role models for career development.
