MIS specialist / Senior Manager Company Overview: MosChip is a semiconductor and embedded system design company with a focus on Embedded, Turnkey ASICs, Mixed Signal IP, Semiconductor & Product Engineering and IoT solutions catering to Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Medical and Networking & Telecommunications. Prepare and analyze monthly MIS Reports and Quarterly & Annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Ensure financial reports comply with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and SEBI requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budget reports. Support the monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Perform variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for management. Assist with external audits / Internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed. Maintain financial reporting systems and ensure data integrity, accuracy. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management, board meetings, and stakeholders. Assist in the development and improvement of financial reporting processes and controls. Preparation & Monitoring of Annual Budget. Key Requirements of the Job Lot of coordination with internal and external stakeholders or government departments Timely response c.
