The Danos Recruiter will support hiring efforts across multiple regions, including the Permian, Delaware, Gulf Coast, and Rockies. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of field and office positions in a high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
