We are looking for an individual that will flex between the role as a Floor Supervisor and Poker Dealer. The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated, friendly, takes initiative, and excited to grow with our company. Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of poker room operations, ensuring adherence to Texas Card House policies. Manage a team of dealers, including dealer rotation, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Conduct floor audits and maintain accurate cash control procedures. Resolve player disputes and rule infractions with professionalism and diplomacy. Oversee the efficient seating of players and game distribution. Maintain a safe and secure gaming environment by identifying and addressing suspicious activity. Monitor player behavior and enforce all card house policies. Collaborate with the Cash Cage and Supervisors on financial transactions. Assist with marketing and promoting upcoming events and tournaments. Generate detailed reports on daily operations and game performance. Deal cards efficiently and accurately according to Texas Card House game variations and Texas Hold'em poker rules. Enforce game rules and maintain a fair and controlled game environment. Calculate pot odds, payouts, and win conditions. Collect bets, rake chips, and ensure proper chip denomination distribution. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $30.00+ per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Health insurance PTO Requirements Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in the casino or card house industry as a dealer and/or floor manager (preferred). In-depth knowledge of Texas Hold'em poker rules, game variations, and casino operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, delegate, and coach a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage players, dealers, and supervisors. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Impeccable attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a crowded environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
