Program Analyst/Action Officer - NAVSEA

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst/Action Officer - NAVSEA to provide strategic programmatic, technical, and acquisition guidance directly supporting a Navy Program Manager across a complex portfolio of manned and unmanned Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) projects. The ideal candidate will possess a distinguished background in Navy program management, with demonstrated success in creating simple solutions to complex technical problems, generating acquisition strategies, and developing, justifying, and managing high-visibility budgets. We are looking for a proactive, strategic leader who can break down silos across cross-functional organizations, champion continuous process improvement, and directly ensure the operational success of vital national security assets. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance. Responsibilities : Provide critical support assisting the Program Manager and Asst Program Manager run all aspects of their program Support the generation of acquisition plans and strategies Develop cost estimates, budgets, and schedules Help coordinate cross-functional teams from government and industry to facilitate the delivery of reliable, scalable technical solutions Develop and propose Course Of Actions (COAs) and recommendations Draft and prepare briefings, staffing plans, monthly reviews Track actions/minutes and maintain continuity of accountability Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, align priorities, and support milestone achievement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across DoW and industry to inform capability development and milestone planning
