Professionalism, positive attitude, keen sense of urgency, and attention to detail are keys to our fast paced, diverse, and ever-changing culinary program. Duties of position: This position will support the culinary teams’ efforts by ensuring quality and quantity of all food items sent to each off-site event from start to finish. Daily routine includes receiving food items and confirming quality. Proper food handling techniques. Safely and correctly storing items. Position will be assisting the team to organize all menu items and ensure proper pack out specific to each event. Food production experience and assistance is necessary as well.
