QC Technician - Day Shift

Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? Aphena Pharma Solutions is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our A Shift team at our Fisk Road facility . In this role, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest quality, customer, and regulatory standards while working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a Quality Control Technician, you will: Inspect and approve or reject incoming bulk drug products, containers, closures, packaging materials, and labels. Review and approve production records, specifications, and components for accuracy and compliance. Inspect and approve or reject in-process materials during production. Perform routine quality audits and inspections. Maintain accurate quality records and prepare inspection reports. Review production documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure investigations and corrective actions are completed. Follow all cGMP requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work independently while collaborating effectively with production and quality teams.
