Production Coordinator - South Loop

Part-time (10-12 hours per week) Provide leadership, direction, and management of all production operations at Park South Loop to help provide a quality environment that enriches the worship experience for those attending services. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent Production support for the Weekend Gatherings by utilizing your skills and volunteer team. Recruit, Train, and Develop volunteers for weekend services Schedule volunteers monthly Assist the SL pastors in planning compelling worship services, including songs, hosting elements, and recurring liturgical elements Assist the SL pastors in planning services (ideally six weeks in advance) Responsible for keeping the Production and Worship teams on schedule so pre-service walk-throughs happen on time Troubleshoot technical issues and equipment failures Ability to adjust to changes in service(s) Proficiency In Google Workspace (ie. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat) Planning Center Suite (primarily Services, Calendar) Pro-presenter Software and/or other presenter software
