Implementation Manager

This position will provide end-to-end ownership of client implementations. This scope includes the implementation of clients , new file implementations, client renewals, and organizational initiatives to support ongoing operations. The successful implementation manager will have a strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive implementations and projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment. Communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to quantify and manage all aspects of a project, balancing all key stakeholders’ needs and the strong desire to delight the client as well as exceed expectations .
