Medical Billing Collection

The Medical Billing Collector is responsible for the oversight of the medical collectors assigned to their team. The Collector II position will include weekly huddles with their team members, either in a group or individual setting, to review and verify performance and training needs. The Medical Billing Collector II position will require extensive knowledge of the Revenue Cycle internal collections process. A clear ability to effectively work with team members, identify and aid in correcting any training needs, and ensure production metr i cs are met daily , weekly, and monthly must be demonstrated.
