Dishwasher

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking a Dishwasher. You will work with top Culinary Institute of America graduates in a fast paced, high production kitchen, serving up to 500 guests per meal. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and demonstrates impeccable sanitation and safety standards. This is an afternoon/evening position. Requirements: Working knowledge of a kitchen environment, including operating equipment and safety and sanitation practices Must be able to communicate with fellow employees and management to ensure operational needs are met Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays are a must
