Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Supports the Company's financial health by leading forecasting, strategic analysis, supporting the budget process, and key initiatives within the organization. This role is responsible for creating financial models, performing variance analysis, and providing strategic insights to improve profitability. Partners with other members of the Finance team and cross-functional teams on financial initiatives to strengthen financial performance.
