PRN Server Days– Hillcrest Health & Rehab Location: Hillcrest Health & Rehab Address: 1702 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, NE 68005 Schedule: PRN Days Starting Pay: $15.00+ per hour, depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. What You’ll Get to Do • Serve meals to residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner • Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup • Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience • Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards • Support residents, guests, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism • Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service • Assist with additional dining services duties as needed What We’re Looking For • A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude • Previous serving, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required • Willingness to support residents and guests with patience, respect, and compassion • STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
