This role supports the accurate and efficient setup and management of client matters throughout the billing lifecycle. You will serve as a key point of contact for attorneys, legal assistants, billing teams, and other stakeholders. The position combines financial administration, legal billing, data accuracy, and client service in a detail-oriented environment. You will help ensure billing information, rates, budgets, fee arrangements, and client instructions are correctly captured and maintained. The role also contributes to consistent processes, improved workflows, and stronger alignment with client billing requirements. Success requires strong organization, analytical thinking, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
