Filming Interactions to Nurture Development (FIND) Coach

The FIND Coach delivers and implements the FIND Coaching program, Filming Interactions to Nurture Development (FIND) with caregivers and families in English and/or Spanish. FIND is an evidence-based and strengths-centered coaching program that uses video to encourage caregivers’ developmentally supportive interactions with the children in their care. The FIND Coach conducts weekly filming and coaching visits (in-home or virtually) with fathers. Participates in regular consultation meetings to receive and maintain FIND Coach Certification. Completes weekly documentation of services to meet program requirements.
