Job Description Innovaccer | Senior Business Analyst | 2-5 years | Noida About Innovaccer : We are a silicon valley based big data start up helping customers integrate, analyse and visualise complex data sets. We are a 500 start ups incubatee, backed by marquee investors like West Bridge Capital and Light Speed Venture Partners, already serving reputed clientele including Fortune 100 firms. Location : Noida A valid passport and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time required Experience: 2-5 years Qualification : B.Tech or equivalent with an inclination for technology Responsibilities in brief : Work closely with USA-based clients and project/business development teams as well as India based delivery teams to execute large scale data analytics projects to customer satisfaction Responsibilities in Details : - Work with American customers and project and business development teams to understand, define and document project/product requirements - Work with India based Product/Design/Development teams and formulate a plan for execution of the defined requirements - Track project deliverables/milestones and execute the same working with offshore and on-shore teams - Understand customer needs and Innovaccer product offerings to identify and execute upsell opportunities - Assess project progress, identify and resolve red flags/other risks - Maintain regular communication and comprehensive documentation - Develop, plan and execute user acceptance testing A right candidate for us would be one who : - Is technically oriented and can think from a product (as opposed to a service) perspective - Is hands on, with an attitude for delivering on customer commitments no matter what - Is extremely proficient in communicating across large gaps in time, distance and cultures - Shows willingness to learn about new product offerings from Innovaccer and identifies the best practices for product development and project management - Understands start up hustles and thrives on the same Why should you work with us ? - An open, non-hierarchical work culture - You work on high impact products/projects right from the first day - Meritocratic, hyper growth work enviornment - You work with a driven, focussed team with a ‘dream big’ attitude
