💵 Sign-On Bonus $1,000 sign-on bonus available to eligible new hires for the ATDM Precision Manufacturing Technician – CNC Machining role: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment. Subject to taxes. ______________________ This position requires eligibility to access controlled unclassified and other regulated technical information in accordance with applicable federal requirements. This role is not eligible for remote work and will be based onsite in Danville, Virginia. Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm How You Will Help the Team As an ATDM Precision Manufacturing Technician – CNC Machining, you’ll be a key part of keeping the training labs running smoothly day in and day out. Your work happens on the shop floor, side‑by‑side with instructors and students, making sure machines are set up correctly, tooling is ready, and labs stay on schedule. You’ll help prepare CNC machines for hands‑on training, support instructors during lab activities, and step in to troubleshoot issues as they come up. This role isn’t about standing back—it’s about being present, hands‑on, and dependable. When the lab runs well, students learn better, instructors stay focused, and the program succeeds. Your work directly supports that outcome. Every shift, you’ll help create a safe, organized, and professional shop environment where learning feels like real‑world manufacturing—not a classroom simulation.
