Senior Accountant

JOB SUMMARY The position of Senior Accountant is primarily assigned in preparing analysis general ledger reports for management and statutory compliance. It ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting summaries and schedule and assist the Financial Control Manager in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and other related general accounting transactions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Accountant will perform all the following Job Description. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns including current and deferred income taxes Work with external auditors and tax advisors to provide necessary schedules and documentation Bank reconciliation and preparation of necessary journal entries. Maintains lapsing schedule for fixed assets, ROUs and lease liabilities and prepares appropriate journal entries. Analysis of general ledger accounts and make necessary reconciliations and adjustments as necessary Review and maintains the schedule of accruals and prepayments Prepares P L analysis (current month vs last month and vs budget) including supporting schedules. Assist Financial Control Manager in the preparation of Financial Statements and management reports including budgets and forecasts Other accounting tasks that maybe assigned Post daily collection from customer in system Work Arrangement: 4 days on-site 1 day work-from-home
