After School Programs Staff

We're looking for energetic, dependable people who enjoy working with children to help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging after-school environment. Whether you're a college student, retiree, aspiring educator, or simply looking for a second job, we'd love to hear from you. As an Extended Day Staff Member, you'll spend your afternoons leading games and activities, building relationships with students, and helping make the end of the school day a positive experience. You'll work alongside a supportive team and receive guidance from the Assistant Director of Latin 360°. What You’ll Do: Lead games, crafts, and other fun, age-appropriate activities. Help create a safe, welcoming environment where students can learn and play. Supervise students in classrooms, gyms, playgrounds, and during transitions. Build positive relationships with students and serve as a caring role model. Help set up and clean up activity spaces. Work closely with your teammates to ensure each afternoon runs smoothly. Greet parents and guardians during dismissal and share updates when needed. Pay & Schedule: Starting at $17.50 per hour Programs run Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling is available —we're happy to work around school, another job, or other commitments.
