Account Development Manager

Job description HireVue is looking for talent to add to our Account Development Manager Team. We are currently seeking high-energy, performance-driven candidates. Our ADMs are the front line between HireVue and prospects, and the bridge between marketing and sales. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, targeting, developing, and qualifying potential customers for HireVue’s products and services. Working closely with our Mid-Market Sales Team and Marketing team, you will play a key role in developing new sales opportunities and finding new customers within your assigned territory accounts. Principal duties & Responsibilities Meet/exceed a quota of sales accepted leads (SALs) Proactively prospect and expertly qualify into marquee accounts and territory Maintain a pipeline of sales leads in assigned territory by researching accounts and developing relationships with various levels and multiple departments in each organization Consistently log activities as well as update/maintain account info in Salesforce.com Work closely with sales management and marketing to deliver initial marketing message Provide feedback to marketing on sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from campaign follow up Desired Skills and Experience Required Qualifications : Previous experience in sales development, business development or inside sales role for an enterprise software or SaaS company Successful high-quality/high-volume cold calling experience Previous experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is highly valuable Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills Creative in developing high-impact messaging that resonates with prospects Proactive and resourceful in finding, building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers and leaders Great time manager.
