A Snapshot
We are seeking a highly capable Manager, Corporate Transactions, to drive the delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives. This role will oversee projects including corporate restructurings, entity establishment and liquidation, licensing and regulatory approvals, land acquisitions and subdivision matters, capital increases and decreases, financing-related activities, and other strategic transactions. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination across Treasury, Tax, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, Capital Partnerships, external advisory, and other business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with applicable requirements. The role requires strong project management capability, commercial judgement, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, highly regulated environment.
Your Day to Day
In this role, you will act as the central project lead for complex corporate initiatives, driving end-to-end execution across multiple functions, jurisdictions, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex corporate projects, from planning and structuring through execution and close-out, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with applicable requirements;
- Lead cross-functional project execution by coordinating internal stakeholders (Tax, Treasury, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, Capital Partnerships) and external advisors, driving alignment, decision-making, and resolution of project risks and dependencies;
- Manage a broad range of corporate initiatives, including entity formations and restructurings, land acquisitions, financing-related corporate actions, licensing, and other regulatory processes;
