The Pioneer Woman Mercantile is a destination bakery, deli, hotel, pizza restaurant, ice cream and candy shop, and general stores in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Baristas deliver a craft coffee experience to every guest. Each cup should be made with care. You are a coffee artist! Baristas will educate customers on various coffee options, opening them up to the world of delicious and aromatic craft coffee. Baristas will execute recipes to specification, craft drinks, and finish with perfection with latte art. Summary of Key Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the building Help answer customer questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of Light/Dark Roast, dairy/non dairy and syrup) Prepare beverages according to recipes Serve beverages and prepared food Receive and process payments Keep work area clean Maintain stock of necessary items Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
