Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Kravet, Inc., one of the leading international fabric and fine furnishings companies, is currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our Corporate Showroom Merchandising Department in New York City. The Department seeks a self-motivated, highly organized individual for this position. Kravet Inc. maintains 40 corporate showrooms in North America. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Placing and tracking showroom sample orders for furniture, fabric, casegoods and accessories on our internal ordering system Follow up with manufacturers regarding orders and production time Coordinating freight/transport of showroom sample furniture, casegoods, rugs and accessories Overseeing deliveries to regional receiving warehouses and showrooms Working with a variety of vendors, sources and variables to meet installation deadlines Managing records of projects past & present Maintaining inventories
