Strategic direction: Assist the Plant Manager in defining the Plant SHE improvement roadmap (packaging factory) to align with Group SHE strategy and goals Best-in-class safety, health and environment: Cascade Group SHE standards to Plant standards, in collaboration with Regional SHE Compliance Lead and SHE Technical Leads; lead SHE activities for the plant including internal audits, documentation, incident management and training People and leadership: Motivate, lead and challenge team members to reach / exceed targets and objectives.
