Commodity Manager

In this role, you will lead end-to-end sourcing activities for on-site construction projects, plant expansions, and engineering packages, ensuring the best commercial and operational outcomes Furthermore, you will develop and execute category strategies, manage tendering processes, lead supplier negotiations, and drive procurement savings and value creation Managing supplier performance, contract compliance, and procurement risks will be a key part of your role to ensure supply continuity and successful project delivery Additionally, you will oversee bid management and control, ensure timely contract awards, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the procurement lifecycle You will also manage critical contract provisions, including liquidated damages (LDs), milestone validation, and performance bonds, while ensuring compliance with global, regional, and local procurement requirements Working closely with Operations, SHEQ, Finance, Legal, Project Teams, and Regional/Global Procurement stakeholders, you will support strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement and capability development within the procurement function
