Uniphar BESTMSLs is excited to partner with an innovative pharmaceutical company seeking a Field Director, Medical Affairs to build and lead its MSL team in support of an upcoming launch in smoking cessation and development in e-cigarette (vaping) cessation.As Field Director, Medical Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping field medical strategy, building and managing a high-performing MSL team, and driving scientific engagement with KOLs and healthcare professionals. Reporting directly to the Head of Medical Affairs, you’ll be at the forefront of launch planning, cross-functional collaboration, and embedding a culture of compliance and scientific excellence.
