Manager of Field Operations

Research, field measure, estimate, scheme, design, plan, organize and direct the operations and personnel in the Field Operations Department to ensure an efficient, safe, quality driven, and productive operation consistent with Company goals. Develop plans in conjunction with marketing of High Structural Erectors LLC, Inc. abilities in bridge and concrete structure erection. Develop rapport with contractors, state material and bridge engineers, and outside vendors and subcontractors that result in the growth of High Structural Erectors LLC bridge erection business.
