AMC Coordinator / Account Manager

Manage CNC's AMC client accounts — scheduling preventive maintenance visits, coordinating engineer assignments, tracking SLA compliance, maintaining client relationships, and preparing monthly service reports. You are the single point of contact for 50+ AMC clients. Skills required: Client coordination and follow-up, Excel and basic IT tools, Good English and Hindi communication, Organised and detail-oriented, Prior experience in IT company preferred
