Must upsell food and beverage items Provide superior table service to guests in accordance with established standards Ensures customer requests are completed in a courteous manner based on our standards. Maintain clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and aesthetic standards Interacts verbally with all guests, creating a service oriented and upbeat atmosphere Complete all payment transactions according to standard Complete all side-work according to standard Clean and re-set tables according to standard Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired customers. Responsible for checking IDs of all guests when in question, and not serving guests with no valid ID.
