Production Associate - DEN

4-Day Work Week! Purpose: Perform all tasks involved in the production of JBC Technologies, Inc. products. This includes laminating, slitting, die-cutting and assembly work with various materials including foams, rubbers, metals, graphite, cork-fibers, and fiberglass. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prioritizes safety Sets-up and operates any shop machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, Job Orders, routers and diagrams to correctly set up dies and equipment Adheres to operating procedures/instructions Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks per specification to run job orders accurately and maximize productivity Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors Communicates process and quality improvements Maintains a clean and safe workstation; follow shop 5S system Embraces a team attitude that aligns with JBC’s Core Values Accurately records labor and material usage in ERP system Follows all JBC policies and procedures Other responsibilities as assigned by management
