Work closely with employees and production management to ensure all document reporting is accurate. (Will require some time inside the production facility, on the production floor.) General Summary: Applicants must have parts experience on inventory Maintain and reconcile inventories for supplies and materials used by dry goods and maintenance parts. Receive, check and systematically receive orders into inventory software and communicate with end users. Candidate must be available to work a late shift (9 AM to 5:30 PM) and be able to handle a fast paced, deadline driven environment with minimal supervision. Primary Responsibilities: • Cycle Counting: Perform regular physical counts (daily, weekly, or monthly) and compare them to database records. • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot missing, damaged, or excess items to identify the root cause of errors. • Database Maintenance: Enter inventory data and make adjustments into the Warehouse Management System • Unloading & Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damages. • Labeling & Storing: Mark and tag items with barcodes, sort them, and place them in designated storage locations. • Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders for outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery. • Stock Reporting: Generate daily or weekly reports detailing current stock levels, low-stock alerts, and stock movement trends to management. • Vendor Communication: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track shipments and resolve issues with damaged or missing deliveries Additional duties will be assigned as needed.
