In an environment of continuous quality improvement, t he Floor Care Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and beautification of the floors. Assists with other housekeeping duties. Exhibits the MHS Standards of Excellence and exercises strict confidentiality at all times. Job Functions: Strips, waxes, and buffs floors. Shampoo carpets. Uses equipment as directed. Knowledge of how to clean patient rooms after discharge as directed. Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
