Director of Business Development - Texas Market

JOB SUMMARY Directors of Business Development are responsible for driving profitable growth for a specific market in support of and in partnership with Operations Leadership. The major focus of the role will be physician recruitment which includes identifying, prioritizing, engaging (e.g., calls, visits, presentations), tracking (e.g., level of interest), and securing physicians & physician groups to perform procedures at Surgery Partners facilities.
