Maintenance Tech 1st Shift

Petroflex is a leading extruder of HDPE duct and accessories, delivering high‑quality solutions to the irrigation, electric, utility, telecommunications, data/voice, and renewable energy industries. We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our 24/7 manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and related machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Repair, replace, or adjust components to maintain equipment functionality. Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. Follow all company and industry safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Assist with continuous improvement efforts and equipment upgrades.
